- Conducted primary research interviews and secondary research in understanding the Vietnamese culture and the preschool industry
- Developed an integrated marketing communications plan with detailed tactics, costs, and timeline
- Created a caused-based marketing plan for an interactive strategy where Koolkid helps moms grow professionally through workshops and get jobs through strategic partnerships with local organizations. This softens the cultural stigma for working moms and encourages both gender equality and for kids to have the opportunity to attend preschool
